For example, people with ADHD or autism may struggle with primary executive function skills, while college-educated people may have stronger secondary executive function abilities.

There is no one “right” way for improving your executive function, but there are some strategies you can use to help improve your performance. One approach is to create a priority list of your most important tasks. This list should be tailored to your individual needs and should include tasks that are both challenging and time-sensitive.

By focusing on the tasks that are most important to you, you will be able to improve your overall performance and focus on the tasks that are most important to your success.
