Overview of Dominican University<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dominican University is a comprehensive Catholic research university associated with the Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters. The 30-acre campus is situated in River Forest, Illinois. With small class sizes and a low student\/faculty ratio of 10 to 1, students can expect to receive individual attention from professors. Undergraduates have more than 50 areas of study to choose from. The institution also has master’s and doctoral degrees, and a great study abroad program, with programs throughout the world.\u00a0Students have plenty of opportunities to engage outside of the classroom via the university’s 30 organizations and clubs. The Dominican University Stars compete in the NCAA Division III Northern Athletics Conference.<\/p>\n
