Deciding which college to attend can be a daunting task. For many, it will be the most important decision that they make in their lives. To make an informed decision, you have to consider a lot of variables, such as cost of attendance, financial aid, student-teacher ratio, academics, student life, and more. These factors will either positively or negatively impact the quality of education that you receive.
Do you want to acquire a bachelor’s degree in real estate but don’t know what institution you should attend? Well, if you are as ambitious as I was in my late teens, then you want to attend a top school, instead of an average or mediocre one. Fortunately, we have already done the legwork for you. To help you find the right school for your interests and goals, we’ve compiled a list of 2022’s best bachelor’s in real estate programs.

- University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA
Learners interested in real estate can excel at the renowned Wharton School degree program. Classes cover topics such as: real estate law, urban fiscal policy, international housing comparisons, urban public policy and private development, and real estate investment: analysis and financing. Undergraduate learners can use the Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center, which works with the Wharton Real Estate Department faculty to facilitate excellence in real estate education.

Learners in Berkley’s degree program will learn to apply analytical tools from finance to a dynamic real estate market. Learners can further develop their skills through involvement in the school’s Undergraduate Real Estate Club (UREC). Offered through the School of Professional Studies Schack Institute of Real Estate, the real estate degree program requires learners to finish 128–130 credits. All undergraduate learners must also finish either a senior project seminar or a senior project internship to earn their degree.

Offered through the School of Hotel Administration, the real estate degree program allows learners to select a development concentration. This degree program includes the study of real estate law, hospitality real estate finance, real estate finance and investments, construction planning and operations, and project management for hospitality real estate development. Those who graduate from this degree program normally pursue careers in real estate development, both as entrepreneurs and in a corporate environment.

The Kellogg School’s real estate curriculum is designed to give learners a thorough comprehension of the practice and theory of the real estate sector. The real estate pathway at Northwestern is delivered in two stages. The introductory stage helps learners to develop tools critical to the analysis of real estate transactions. The second stage offers more in-depth coverage of everything from urban planning and development to entrepreneurship, public policy, and law.

This degree program is offered through the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate, and Legal Studies. The BS degree program in real estate prepares learners for an array of positions within the sector. The BBA in real estate requires a minimum of 62 liberal arts credits, 54 credits in business area classes, and up to 15 credits in free electives. Required classes may include real estate law, real estate principles, real estate finance and investment, real estate capital markets, and real estate development. For people interested in real estate but who are not ready to commit to a major, Baruch also has a 9-credit BBA minor in real estate.

Through the Department of Finance and Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate, undergraduate learners will have the resources they need to succeed in this sector. Learners completing classes within this degree program will be qualified to sit for the state real estate brokerage license. Qualified learners may also sit for the state appraisal and mortgage brokerage licenses. Many UF undergraduates also opt to finish an internship in the field of finance.

Through the Real Estate and Urban Land Economics Department, UW-Madison develops real estate professionals with superb analytical skills. Class requirements may include real estate law, real estate finance, valuation of real estate, urban and regional economics, and green-sustainable development. Outside the classroom, learners can get involved in the Real Estate Club on campus. The university also has many study abroad opportunities for people looking to get out of Wisconsin for a bit!

The real estate degree consists of 39 units, including a business component, a real estate component, and electives. Classes may include principles of real estate, legal aspects of real estate, financing residential real estate, commercial RE finance and investment, and commercial real estate valuation. USD also offers a minor in real estate. undergraduates will also have the chance to intern and network with local sector professionals.

The real estate area of emphasis at the Kenan-Flagler Business School is made up of 9 credits. Required classes may consist of fixed income, cities of the future, real estate finance, real estate development, real estate development, introduction to real estate, and real estate and capital markets.
